How does the 30-day return policy work?

You can return products to us within 30 days of purchase without giving any reason. This naturally also applies if you purchased them during discount promotions.

Simply contact us via email at info@tinyboy-shop.de with your order number to announce your return. You will receive your refund IMMEDIATELY and automatically upon receipt of the package.

Please ensure that the product is unused and sent in its original packaging.

How do I return a product?

Returning an item is simple. Please make sure that your return is sent to the correct address. You can find this in step 1 of the following instructions.

The refund will be processed within 24 hours after we have received your package.

1. Pack the item and label the package
Place the items in the package and seal it securely. Clearly write your address (sender) and our return address below (recipient) on the package.

2. Send the return
You can drop off the package at any DHL, DPD, Hermes, or GLS parcel shop or station. Simply purchase an affordable shipping label with tracking on-site. Please keep the issued return receipt as proof of shipment.

3. Receive your refund
Check the tracking information to see if we have received your return. From that moment, it takes only 24 hours to credit your order.
